A lawyer by profession, he graduated from the "Redemptoris Mater" Catholic University in Managua, Nicaragua, and holds a postgraduate certificate in Public Administration from the Technological University of Nicaragua. He has served as a legal advisor to the Secretariat of the Supreme Court of Nicaragua. Felix has over ten years of experience in ministry and evangelization work with married couples and young people. He earned a certificate in Catholic Spirituality from the Archdiocese of the Dominican Republic and, subsequently, a certificate in the Social Doctrine of the Church from the NCADDHM and the USCCB. Most recently, he obtained a Master's degree in Theology from the University of Notre Dame.
